Outlook is looking for the Exchange Server - won't run

When I run Outlook 2000 or 2002, I get Microsoft Exchange Server is
unavailable msg. If I op to run off line, I get nable to start processing
services. Your profile is not configured. I checked the email settings in
the Control Panel and can't see any problems. I do have my IE browser set to
default to Yahoo.com.
 
You better post this question in Microsoft Outlook discussion group, instead
of Microsoft Access discussion group.
