Outlook is deleting files from my inbox

When I replicate my mail from my provider, I see the mails listed in my inbox
and then they disappear and they are not anywhere in the mail.
 
What view do you have set on your in-box? Right click the toolbar area,
select cutomize, then toolbars. Enable the Advanced toolbar and see what
shows in the dropdown (this view should really be on by default).

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
