About two hours ago I had to reboot to end non-functioning online windows .
When the computer came back up it seemed that it had forgotten what it's
home page was. I clicked the 'make this the home page' or what ever it said
to that effect then went to open my mail. But my expected Windows mail
program didn't open it just went to configure Outlook as the mail program.
I didn't think anything of it until it opened the inital page ....and all my
messages were gone!!!
Fortunately I managed to restore the computer to an earlier point and
grabbed my emails back from near oblivion out of the trash bin.
The question is: how do I keep Outlook in its place within the MS Office
program and not have it stage an incursion into my Window mail program? One
is business the other is not and the two are not supposed to meet in my
universe.
