This is actually a suggestion for Outlook itself - can you build in a feature
that would recognize when a user is attempting to send an attachment (ie -
look for word "attachment" or similar derivations in the body of the e-mail)
and query the user if no attachment has been included? I've seen many
instances where e-mails were sent without attachments and I think this could
be easily solved with such a feature. Of course, you could include an option
to disable for those overly confident folks who believe they are above ever
forgetting to attach a file....yeah right, we've all done it!
Anyway, just a thought. I'd love to see it in Outlook!
