Can anyone tell me if there is a way to automatically have my emails in my
Outlook inbox to be placed in a sub-folder? If so, I would have to have my
subfolders created first right?

If I had many pre-existing emails from (e-mail address removed) in my inbox and I new
she would be sending many on a consistent basis, could they be stored in a
sub-folder after x days automatically, like is their such an option under
tools?

Only thing close I have found under tools is archive, but that doesn't place
emails in a sub-folder.

Any help appreciated.

Set up a rule to move messages to a diff folder when they arrive. You cannot
schedule a move for a later time. You must do that manually yourself. Rules
only apply to incoming mail at the time it arrives. Make a new folder before
setting up the rule & it doesn't have to be a sub folder of the Inbox.

Got the answer, but thanks mary. It was the "Unread Mail" option. To have
mail end up there then as a rule to a folder.

The Unread Mail folder is not a real folder. It is a search context that
will show your all unread messages no matter what real folder contains them.
It will also display the real folders where they reside. No rules needed
for the Unread Mail folder.
