Outlook-Inbox problem

Hi
In my organization i m having Exch 2k3 server.One of the
user having outlook 2003, when opens it outlook or access
mails thro OWA he got his Inbox renamed with ????? marks.
We can not rename it back to "INBOX". How we can solve
this problem. Please help...

Start Outlook by Start-> Run; "path to outlook.exe" /resetfoldernames
