outlook in exchange cash mode

I have recently upgraded from exchange 2000 SP 3 to exchange 2003 enterprise
server, and all clients are on outlook 2003. All updates and service packs
installed.
Today I created new mail enabled user accounts and everything went fine.
Problem= if I leave outlook in exchange cash mode, the new users won’t show
in global address list, and if I remove outlook from exchange cash mode
everything is okay….

Sounds like you have a problem with your offline address book. You should
ask about this in one of the Exchange newsgroups where the Exchange MVPs
hang out.
