We had office XP installed and upgraded Outlook to 2003. The desktop icon is
the new 2003 icon, but in the start menu and Quick Launch bar show the old
Outlook XP icon. Any way to change these??

This appears normal. As far as I can tell you can't change the Start menu
or the Quick Launch icon. In fact, for my Start menu entry, the option to
change the icon is grayed out. The properties don't even indicate the
target program. Rather, for the entry Start>All Programs>Microsoft
Office>Microsoft Outlook, I have "Microsoft Office 2003 Professional with
FrontPage" in the target field, and it's grayed out as well.
