Outlook/hyperlinks do not work

the hyperlinks in my recived email no longer work. I get
a message "Microsoft Outlook, THIS OPERATION HAS BEEN
CANCELLED DUE TO RESTRICTIONS IN EFFECT ON THIS COMPUTER.
PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR." I have not
changed any thing that I know of. all hyperlinks used to
work fine.
Would apprciate any help here.
