Outlook Holidays

I am unable to view the Holidays on the outlook Calendar even after
importing the outlook.txt file (outlook.hol does not exsist). If I
try to re-import it Outlook tells me that it is already there. What
am I doing wrong??? I could see Holidays for a few days after adding
the holidays to the calendar then they dissappeared. What gives???
Any assistance would be appreciated.
