Does anyone know how I can replace my omint.dll? Microsoft Outlook will not
open and I am therefore unable to check whether it is 128 bit encryption or
not.

Can anyone help?

Depending on what version of Outlook you are running, have you tried a
detect and repair via the Add/Remove program in the Control Panel?
