Outlook has been updated and I lost all address book names? Help!

I logged on last week to find "some how" outlook updated and wiped all my
contents, e-amails and contacts from my computer. How do I retrieve them?
 
Find your Outlook data file and open it.
Search for files with a PST extension. Include hidden files and folders in
your search.
