When I open Outlook 2000 Professional (SP-3) in an Exchange 2003 server
environment it hangs up at the splash screen. It worked fine prior to this. I
have tried opening Outlook with the /safe option and it still locks up. I
have reinstalled office and used the repair option and it still locks up. Any
ideas? PC is a Dell D series laptop.
