We use the full version of Outlook. When we try to download new e-mails, we
get the message "There is no disk in the drive" and we have to click cancel
at least twice to get rid of it.

How do we get rid of this little annoyance? Thank you.

What is the "Full Version" of Outlook?

Outlook and Outlook Express are not related in any way so when you say the
"real" version, it is confusing. What is the Outlook version you are using?
Did you load a .pst file from your floppy drive? Lacking information about
your version, then try this:

| I meant it's the real version of Outlook, not Outlook Express.
