If you mean Outlook *Express*, no, you can't. If you mean the Outlook
that comes with Office, you have to buy it. You might want to consider
using Thunderbird. It's similar to Outlook Express except that it's way
easier to back up, has an excellent junk filter, auto complete and
corrects your spelling as you type. Get it FREE at http://www.mozilla.com/thunderbird. If you want to have a calendar with
it, you can get an add on called Lightning.
