Outlook found more than one (name) problem

Outlook 2003 SP2
Exchange 2003 SP2

I have a customer who has two mail domains on one Exchange server. Each user
has two accounts, one for each domain.

This is the way the accounts are setup:
Blow, Joe = (e-mail address removed) USERNAME=jblow
Blow, Joe = (e-mail address removed) USERNAME=joeblow

Users log in using their primary account, in this example jblow. The jblow
account has full mailbox rights as well as SEND AS rights to the joeblow
mailbox.

They access each mailbox via a separate profile in Outlook.

The problem is that when re-sending an email the message "Outlook found more
than one Blow, Joe" comes up. It's not an end of the world problem, but an
annoyance to the users. Also, if they pick the wrong name then the email will
appear to come from the wrong domain. This could be problematic.

It seems to happen only when re-sending a message.

Why does this happen? Shouldn't Outlook assume the owner of the mailbox is the
sender?

Is there a way to prevent this?

Thanks.

I have not been able to find a solution to this problem. Anyone have any ideas?

is the default account the one who sent the message to begin with? It
happens to me when I resend a message but the message in question was
originally sent using a secondary acct, not my main one.
