outlook forms hyperlink

Hi, I am having trouble with my Outlook Forms. I have created a customized
outlook form which I can access and use when selcting it from Forms in
Outlook, however when I try accessing it by double clicking the .oft file I
have saved to one of the directories I get a message that says:
The Custom Form Cannot Be Opened. Outlook will use an Outlook Form Instead.

I am runing Outlook 2003 and have Service Pack 3 installed.

I havehad this link working before, however it isn't working anymore. I use
to just provide people with a shortcut to the file saved in explorer and they
would just double click and it would open the form in Otlook for them.

Any ideas on how to get this working.

Thanks

Check the properties of the shortcut and verify if the actual oft-file still
exists in that place and that users have access to it.

Thanks Roady for responding. Yes, the oft file is definitely still there...I
have since discovered that the link works on peoples machines that only have
Service Pack 2 on it, but those that have Service Pack 3 on it, the link
doesn't work....something wrong with Service Pack 3 perhaps?

Could you post exact steps to reproduce?
Where to look, where to click, etc... The more detailed the better :)

Depending on how you are doing things, you might trigger a security feature
that was introduced in SP3.

When I have designed and publiched the form to my personal form library, I
then do file, save as and save it as an Outlook Template (oft) in a folder on
the network. I then go to the folder on the network and double click the oft
file to open it and that's when I get the error message and it opens a normal
outlook email form.

Thanks for your help with this.....
