Outlook Forms Designer

I am using outlook 2002 and exchange 2000. I have created a custom e-mail
form with a picture on it. I have added this picture to the read page. If I
send an internal e-mail with this form, the recipient can see the picture.
However, if I send it to someone outside of the organisation, they cannot see
the picture. Any ideas would be gratefully recieved.

The form layout won't be available to someone outside your organization unless you send the form definition with the message and the recipient has Outlook.

A regular HTML message with a picture in it (or HTML stationery) might be a better solution.
