outlook forms data

Hi, I have a problem with the data of the custom forms in outlook. I open
the outlook, wich is conected to a Exchange Server, and choose the option
tools-forms-choose form, I choose the appointment form. In a P2 tab, I add 2
text box, next I choose the option "test form" and when I test it, I put
data in the 2 text box of tab P2 and in the subject, next I click on "save
and exit". When I click in the appointment at calendar, appears the data I
tiped on subject, but the 2 text box in the P2 appears empty: why the
information of these fields is not being saved?. Thanks a lot.

The data is not being saved apparently because you gave Outlook no place to save it. On the Properties dialog for each text box, at the top of the Value tab, assign an Outlook field to hold the data entered in that control. You will probably want to click the New button to create a new field to bind to each text box.

Hello!

I have the same problem and I did what Sue recommended, but still no info
shows when the form is filled and sent out. What else might be the issue?

Did you publish the form to the Organizational Forms library with the "send form definition as item" box on the (Properties) page in the form design unchecked? Did you click the Edit Read Layout page and add controls bound to the same properties?
