outlook form shows signatur when printed

HI, I'm working with a form in outlook 2002. when I look
at the form everything looks fine but when I print it out
the data is ok but my signature is at the bottom of the
printed form. How can I remove the signature? Is there a
way to copy my form to a new one without my signature? I
do use a lot of control boxes for choices on my form and
I would hate to have to redo the whole thing.

Does your form include the message control? If so, do you see your signature there when you run the form?
