Outlook form prints in Alpha order, I do not want that. Help?

I have created a new form in Outlook from scratch. When I print the form the
information is listed in alphabetical order. Is there a way to change this?
I would like the form to print in tab order.

See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customprint.htm for various solutions to the limitation that Outlook forms don't support WYSIWYG printing. The Word template technique is the most flexible and highly recommended.
