Outlook Form and Adobe Frame Maker

I would like to be able to use the same concept of creating a Word template
to print the custom outlook form, but do this into Adobe Frame Maker. Is this
possible?

If FrameMaker has a programming library that can be scripting, yes, but you'd need to research what the objects, properties, and methods would be. That information would be most likely forthcoming on a Frame site or forum, not here.
