Outlook font size

I want to enlarge all display fonts within Outlook but can
only do with components that's control by display settings
and Outlook's Option and View settings. Other components
such as Folder List and email header stays being small.
Any ideas?
Also any idea on enlarging the fonts displayed on received
HTML emails?

I'm not sure how to change the folder list but to enlarge the fonts in HTML
messages;
Open the message and from the Toolbar choose View-> Text Size-> Largest.

But is there a way to set the default font for HTML
messages viewed in the preview pane? I don't like to have
to open the message and set the font I prefer.
