outlook folders - mailbox

I bought a new laptop with office on it.
I used the files and settings transfer wizard to put data from my old to new
pc.
Now I have double mail folders, once in UK (with my old data) and once in
Dutch (on my new pc) where I receive new messages.
So I have an Inbox (with old data) and Postvak In (dutch for Inbox) where
new messages arrive. The same with Outbox and Postvak uit, Sent Items and
Verzonden Items, Contacts and Contactpersonen. Both Office version are UK !
I would like to use the UK folders instead of the Dutch.

Do you have 2 folder sets with different languages or 1 folder set
containing all the languages?
Which version of Outlook are you using?
Which mail account type are you using?

Robert,

I have one mailbox and in that mailbox I have 2 folders sets with different
languages

Postvak - Thierry
Concepten (= Drafts in Dutch)
Drafts
Inbox
Postvak In (= Inbox in Dutch)
....
I use Outlook 2003, SP2
I use a mail account from my Exchange server and have another SMTP account
that puts mails in my mailbox.

How do things look like in OWA (if you have access to that)?
If the same as in Outlook, then there is nothing else that you can do than
move the items from the English folder to the Dutch ones and then remove the
English folders. After that start Outlook with the /resetfoldernames switch
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetfoldernames

Things look the same in OWA as in Outlook.
I will proceed with a move and do a reset.
Thanks anyway.
