Outlook folder settings not being retained

Hi,

When I change the current view field of a folder, the setting is not
retained. Is there something I can do to make the setting permanent?

Reset the view on the folder and try again.

I've reset the same folder view several times. This occurs in my archive
folders, not my inbox.

You mean by;
View-> Arrange By-> Customize...-> Reset Current View

Tried scanning your pst-file for errors already with scanpst.exe?

Yes to the reset. I'll try scanning my .pst file to see if that helps.
