After Outlook has been running for a while, I cannot move things into
folders. (problem disappears temporarily if I shut Outlook down and restart
it) Error message says

"Can't copy the items,. You don't have permission to create an entry in this
folder. Right-click the folder and then click Properties to check your
permissions for the folder. See the folder owner or your administrator to
change your permissions."

But I am the only user of this machine, and do not use Exchange Server.
Properties/Administration has all folder availability items greyed out.

Empty your Deleted Items folder, scan your pst-files for errors with
scanpst.exe and try again.

I ran scanpst recently but will try it again--I think this problem developed since then.

I have my Outlook set to automatically delete the deleted files on exit.

I have this same exact problem. My pst is almost exactly one GB and it is in
the newer format (UNICODE). I also purge deleted items on exit.

I am also running the add in Xobni, if that matters.
