Outlook "Find" Search Order

When using the "Find" feature at work, my Outlook 2003 returns results from
newest to oldest. At home, my Outlook 2003 searches the oldest emails first.
Meaning if I am looking for a message from a week ago, I have to wait and
wait as it slogs through the old stuff. I can't find an option to reverse
the search order. Help!

You can't. It's a difference between how Outlook searches for Exchange
accounts and POP3 accounts. Since Outlook 2003 in general is slow I would
suggest to install an indexing application like Windows Desktop Search to
increase search performance.
