Outlook Find not working

I posted this issue back on May 25. It was posted a year ago also and there
is no solution posted that I can find. The Find function in Outlook is not
working for the majority of my Exchange users. We are all on Outlook 2003 and
Exchange 2003. We are all on XP SP2. Does anyone have any insight on why this
might be happening?

They are on Exchange server 2003 using Outlook 2003. No results are returned
with basic or advanced find.
