Outlook file types

I have a backup folder with several types of Outlook files, saved from
another installation of Outlook. They include files with the three-letter
extensions: PST, OST, and OAB, as well as two other types which have two
sets of three-letter extensions: .XML.OBI. and .XML.KFL.

Which of these are worth saving? I know that PST are the mail and archive
files, and to be saved.

OST are 'offline folders', whatever that means. Are they potentially of
use?

What are the OAB files, and the .XML.OBI and .XML.KFL files? They're quite
small. Apparently they don't have mail, so do they need to be saved?
