Outlook Fax

When I print a fax in outlook it opens Kodak imaging. When the fax is printed
it cuts off the right side of the page. How do I set the default to "fit to
page" on kodak imaging?

This has nothing to do with Outlook and there is no such thing as "Outlook
Fax." You appear to have a question about how best to handle an image file
attachment. Clarify that question. Include the attachment type and file
association for that file so we can direct you to the right group for an
answer.
