've run the install program to upgrade to Office 2003 Student ed. The
applications work except Outlook which closes with the following error
message. Any suggestions?
"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Outlook could not start because
a data file to send and receive mail could not be found. To add a data file,
such as a personal folder file, dpouble click the Mail icon in Windows
Control Panel".
I've done this but it doesn't allow me to choose a file(none are shown) or
to type in to add a new one. I checked for the .pst files and one called
outlook is in docs & settings/david/local setting/application
data/microsoft/outlook. It is about 84MB.
