I really appreciate everyone's help but I did a search under "My Computer -
C drive" for "scanpst.exe" as was suggested and came up with nothing - also
did one for Outlook Tools Repair and came up with nothing - also the other
things you all have indicated here - what AM I Doing Wrong???

You probably have not enabled viewing hidden files and folders.

now I dont feel so badly becasue that is exactly where I was looking and I
get nothing when I do the search - except come up with a file that has
nothing in it - first comes up a file that says :
Microsoft
Protect
S-1-5-18
User
all have pictures of file folders after them but when I get the end - User
it says Folder Empty.
Could it be my computer just doesnt have the scanpst.exe file - I check
thoruhg all my propgram files manually or at least as many as I could bring
up and could not find it.

Where do I find "program Files/Microsoft Office" and then how do I run
what
you suggested - If you think it's something too complicated for me just
say
so, but I do follow directions well - I am asssuming it is not just in
"Run"
on the Start Up page -

If you installed Windows on your C drive, it would be located in C:\program
files\Microsoft office. This is a Hidden file so make sure you have "Show
hidden files and folders" enabled in windows Explorer, Tools>folder
Options>View, scroll down until you see the Radio Button "Show hidden files
and folders" and select it.
