Outlook Express.

I can no longer find 'Outlook Express' on my computer, so, I cant get
on-line. The 'short-cut' is on my desktop but dont work. What can I do?? to
re-install outlook express.
I tried SYSTEM RESTORE but it also tells me that I was unsuccessful in
selecting an earlier restore date? Does this mean I have Problems with SYSTEM
RESTORE aswell?
I have tried various earlier restore dates and get the same prob-unsuccessful.

Help needed.

1) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup
2) Browse to %ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express and see if the file msimn.exe
exists there. If so, create a shortcut to it.
