outlook express

I am using outlook express as e-mail editor

Today I open my PC and outlook express and I was
surpised having a welcome message as a new user of
the outlook express AND ALL MY OUTLOOK FILES i.e
inbox outbox e.t.c DELETED.

Do you know what is going on???????????
