The same place you found this group. Over on the left side of your browser
window, select Internet Technologies, then the version of Internet Explorer
you use. The Outlook Express group will be under there, since Outlook
Express is part of Internet Explorer.
A better idea is to use Outlook Express to read your news. Click here, for
example:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
