Outlook Express

I have an issue receiving attachments using OE6, sp1 from
a specific recipient. These are all microsoft apps(excel,
power point and word), and it does not happen all the
time. OE is behaving as if it receiving an attactment, but
nothing comes through, not even the clip that indicates
there is an attachement.

Can you help or point me in the right direction.

I would assume the messages are being sent by someone using Outlook's RTF
formatting which OE simply doesn't "agree with". Ask OL users to send to
you only using Plain Text, especially if there's an attachment.
