I upgraded to XP and now can't switch identities in OE.
Was told this was a common compatibility problem between
XP and OE. Any idea how to fix it?

Hello
you have to add another e-mail with your ISP then open
Edit in OE and Add an Idenity and setup the wizard and
you will be done
