How do I import or upload a copy of my emails which were
saved on a disk and put them into my outlook express
folders?

How did you save the files? If you saved the entire OE Store Folder with all
of the .dbx files intact, you can simply move all of these files to a folder
on the new system. Select File/Import in OE, point the wizard to the folder
where the files are located and follow the directions.
