Using Outlook won't produce that message. Please give explicit detail of what
version of Outlook you're using, what version of Windows, what type of
account, and exactly when you see that message and what you are doing when it
occurs.

I'm sorry logging onto windows

If this occurs when you log into Windows, what indication do you have that
it's an Outlook issue? You must believe it to be one or you would not have
posted in an Outlook newsgroup.

Open Outlook Express \File\Folder\Compact all Folders and that will stop it for now.
If you are not using Outlook Express but using Outlook from Office then remove all
of your email setup from Outlook Express and select Outlook as the default mail
client
