when you delete an email on outlook express is ther anyway poss of getting it
back even when you emptied your deleted folder
 
No, not unless you had made a backup.
You do back up important data, right?
 
My DBXpress program (www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/) will extract deleted messages
from the Deleted Items folder, if the folder has not been compacted, but if
the message was deleted, no attachments will be recovered intact. If the
Deleted Items folder has been compacted, then DBXpress has an extract from
disk feature that will analyze the entire hard drive for messages, bypassing
the file system. If the message is still there somewhere, it will recover
it, but again, since it was deleted, it will not be completely intact.
