Help please, i often get emails from a friend in USA ,now when she sends them she send them to all her friends on her list ,so when they come through i have about 40 other people's email addresses on the top of email,i think this is a stupid way to send as we all can get other addresses ,is there any way i can delete them ? please

You could e-mail your friend and ask that when she e-mails she adds all of the recipients into the "BCC" field at the top, this will hide them when you receive them
