Suddenly everytime I cc. myself on an email when the cc
is received it goes to my delete file not my in box.

At the same time I have found that my express window as
well as my internet window does not come up full size but
about half size so I have to click maximize to get it
full size.

Any link between the two??

You probably have some rules set up that auto delete some mail.
Delete all the rules.

At the same time I have found that my express window as
well as my internet window does not come up full size but
about half size so I have to click maximize to get it
full size.

Instead of clicking maximise, drag window edges to full size
then close OE. It should open in max window next time.
