Outlook Express

How do I set outlook express to be my default email
program. When I open internet options and go to programs
there is nothing shown out beside email and I cant figure
out how to set it to outlook express.
 
IN IE click Tools, Internet Options, Programs tab, in the Email box select
Outlook Express. (click in the down arrow and select OE)
