I have an elderly friend having a problem with Outlook Express. It
seems nomatter what he does his 'type face' is small both sending and
receiving. I got his last e-mail with large bold font but he says he
sees it as small. Last time I was there I couldn't see anything wrong
but it did seem small. He can't see that well so I thought maybe his
daughter changed the screen to a higher resolution but even reducing
that hasn't helped. Any thoughts on this, perhaps we/he should try
downloading a new copy? Thanks

Hi - try posting in a group for Outlook Express for the most expert help.

For OE6, try microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress

A good website for information on OE is http://www.insideoe.com/

Interesting you should say that as Outlook doesn't support
newsgroups. but I'll give it a try, tks.

He's correct - Outlook, part of MS Office does NOT support newsgroups.
Outlook EXPRESS, which is a completely different application, does.

I don't see where *Outlook* enters into this at all ....but you're correct,
Outlook doesn't support newsgroup access and never has. It launches OE for
that. Good luck w/the issue, tho.
