microsoft office 2003 was installed on my computer shortly after i purchased
my computer from hewlet packard in argentina. i paid for the installation
reeived a code for installation and for three years used the program and had
no problem
suddenly on november 18 i started to have problems, after several attempts to
download my mail i started to get an error code, i called a
lawyer, accountant, doctor, and a rocket scientist to help me figure out
how to find the explanation for the error code, and found out that micorosft
had cut off my mail service because of volume. hey i do not know how programs
are installed in other countries, but here in the third world, you have to go
to some computer sales store and they install the program, since almost
one hundred percent of the programs you advertise, sell, offer, etc. are not
available here in the third world, as has happened to me, after downloading
the programs, when i tried to install i got a notice that the program was not
available in my country. now instead of helping the poor jerk who thought
they were paying for a legitimate serivice and program from microsoft, i
have no email server, can you tell me how these computer sales stores got
the original version to resell, why dont you control the number of copies
that can be made, hey you are micorosoft. i am out the money, lost my mails,
cannot use any other program because you have blocked the program completely
and the only suggestion from your help page is that i pay almost three hundred
dollars for a new version. did it ever occur to you that when i got outlook
installed three years ago the volume had not been exceeded, that i have a
legitimate copy,
how could you have approved all the other copies over the years and now
cut me off, without warning. i am sure that there are plenty of other not so
honest people who will continue to use the service because they know how to
get around the problem, while the rest of us have no apparent way out.
without any notice,
at will you change the services, programs, etc. and then to top it off when i
try
to get technical support you want to charge me a hundred dollars to help me,
the only one you are helping is yourselves, to my money

Your subject says Outlook Express. This says Office Outlook. Which is it?
the original version to resell, why dont you control the number of
copies that can be made, hey you are micorosoft.

Messages in this newsgrop rarely reach Microsoft. This is not an official
Microsoft support channel. The people who read these messages are just
other people like yourself who use Outlook.

By the way, in third world countries, many copies of Microsoft products are
illegitimate. Did you get a Certificate of Authenticity to go with the
product?
