Outlook Express

I am using two systems, Windows ME and Windows XP
Professional. When I am using Windows ME, I go to read
mail and it only takes about 5 seconds to view the sent
items, but when I do the same thing in Windows XP
Professional it takes close to 30 seconds. Is there a
reason for the big time difference?
