Recently when I try to open OE, an error message comes up telling me that the
file is corrupted (inbox). If, then I open deleted file and them go back to
Inbox I can see all the messages after I click on "Send & Receive"
Do I have to reinstall OE, and if so, where do I get the file?
Thank you.

You should not keep messages stored in the Inbox. Move them to other
folders. Take a look at this link for tips on using OE to keep it healthy.

You could also post to an OE newsgroup. Since you are using the web
interface (which by the way is just lousy. You are using OE, it can be
setup for newsgroup access which you'll find to be a much better way of
accessing newsgroups. Here is a link with info on how to setup OE for
newsgroups: http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/outlookexpressnewreader.htm)
here is a list of MS newsgroups on the web.

Try either
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
