Open OE & click Tools, Options, Security. Uncheck the "Do not allow
attactments to be opened" box. Hope this helps

Open Tools/Options/Security Tab. Remove the check mark from the "Do not
allow attachments......." option. Be careful with these attachments, make
sure they are run through your anti-virus program before opening.

OE doesn't let you open any attachments to protect your from viruses, Trojan
horses, etc... If you really want to access this attachments, go to Tools ->
Options -> click on Security tab -> remove check mark "Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus.

Be careful what e-mail attachments you open!
