Outlook Express

I'm having trouble sending e-mail from my Outlook Express. When I send an
e-mail it usually takes no less than 3 hours, usually a lot more than 3.
Sometimes they won't even be recieved untill the following day. My account
is with Hotmail. I can log-into my account straight from my browser and it
will work fine. So the problem must be with Outlook. Any suggestions?

Hotmail has been experiencing problems lately. If the message goes to
the Sent Items folder, then it has exited OE successfully and has
reached it's first destination of the Hotmail server.
