Outlook Express/XP SP2 problem

I updated the computer that my children use to XP Service
Pack 2 yesterday. My wife and 2 kids each use their own
User Name in XP and have their own Outlook Express set
up in their own user. One of them started OE this morning
and it is prompting for the Identity Password, we have tried
all the passwords we can remember but still can't get in to
it. I suspect that she had a OE password when we used
Windows 98 and each one had a seperate identity and she
set up a password to protect that identity. However, my
question is - As the Knowledge Base says there is no way
to recover a lost Identity Password, does anyone know of a
way to find it? Thanks!

Have a user with admin privileges save/backup her data. Delete the account. Recreate the account anew. Restore the data files.
